Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and beauty products that have been opened, used, swatched, or tested cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Once we review your request, we will provide the next steps. If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Glowellaco is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or payment account, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@glowellaco.com.
We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
